The church uses Pushpay and accounting software to manage contributions. Pushpay securely processes donations and logs donor details and fund designations. These records are then tracked in the accounting system to support clear reporting, accountability, and accurate financial oversight.
How are the financial accounts managed ?
The church manages its financial accounts through sound oversight and separation of duties appropriate for a small organization. Responsibilities like bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, transaction entry, and payment approvals are distributed among staff to ensure internal controls and reduce risk. Executive leadership reviews financial reports and decisions to maintain transparency, accountability, and alignment with church values.
